We Install an Integration Appliance to connect to equipment
(PLCs, other smart devices)
We Use As One’s Solution Editor and State-Machine Editor to configure agents from our standard libraries to connect with: PLC Barcode or RFID reader Vision system (camera) Database
Use our State-Machine Editor to define an orchestration agent. This agent identifies the part (from barcode or RFID reader) determines the configuration (from database) then sends the configuration to the camera via
the vision system agent: Reads pass / fail information back from camera Sends routing information to controls Sends information to an agent created with our GUI editor, which
provides real-time visibility of the process
